Sigmundskron Castle, Summit Day 1
The exclusive evening event at the Messner Mountain Museum Firmian combines new insights into the human-mountain relationship with inspiring networking in a unique atmosphere.
The centerpiece of the museum, designed by Reinhold Messner at Sigmundskron Castle near Bolzano, focuses on the relationship between humans and mountains. The paths, stairs, and towers of the castle complex lead visitors from the depths of the mountains, where the formation and exploitation of the mountains become understandable, through the religious significance of the peaks, to the history of mountaineering and contemporary alpine tourism. All areas of the museum are open for free exploration this evening.
In the special castle atmosphere, two top chefs provide a unique culinary experience: Stephan Zippl, who has a green Michelin star, and Ingrid Mocatti, who is dedicated to the Slow Philosophy. Pastry chef Lisa Saltuari from Garage Patisserie creates the sweet highlight.

Together we will ride a 5 km route with e-bikes to our evening location, make new connections, and be inspired by the South Tyrolean landscape. The return journey will be by a travel bus. Alternatively, you can also travel to and from Sigmundskron Castle with a travel bus organized by us.

If you have a BEAM Ticket including the evening event, both options are free for you. If you prefer to drive your own car: There is a parking lot directly at the castle.
