Folef says about himself: “I am passionate about finding new ways of how systemic design can help tourism move towards a regenerative future. My goal is to create meaningful and memorable experiences for our guests, staff, and stakeholders, and to contribute to the bio-regional learning and development of the Venice lagoon and beyond.

I am an Operations Manager at Web Tourist Agency Srl, a company that specializes in developing and managing glamping camps and resorts in Italy. I have over 10 years of experience in the international leisure, travel, and tourism sector, and I am fluent in English, Dutch, and Italian.
My role involves managing and developing several projects within the company, using my skills in customer service, product development, and process improvement.”
