Food Innovation Specialist at NOI Techpark
Lisa, who grew up in a family of hoteliers between Bolzano and Merano, chose to diverge from the traditional path and instead forge her own direction. After gaining experiences in nutrition and food science in Vienna, Bolzano, and Parma, she specialized in food quality management. Lisa discovered her enthusiasm for innovation in 2022 at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano, where she started working as a "Food Innovation Specialist" in the "Gastronomy (Gastro) A6" project.
