After his Degree in Economics and Business from the prestigious University of Florence, Maximilian, with a keen interest in promoting the beauty and culture of his native South Tyrol, dedicated a decade to Destination Marketing for the Südtirol brand. During this time, he played a pivotal role in showcasing the region's unique attractions and fostering tourism.

For three years, as the Head of Sales & Marketing of Fiera Bolzano, he spearheaded initiatives that elevated the profile of Fiera Bolzano, contributing to its success as a prominent event venue.

In a career-defining move, Maximilian took on the challenge of becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing for SkyAlps from its launch. As the head of this innovative airline, he has been instrumental in shaping its identity and driving its sales and marketing strategies. Under his leadership, SkyAlps has become synonymous with efficiency, reliability, and a commitment to providing unparalleled air travel experiences.
