Ceretto has been a wine producer in Piedmont since 1937. Over the past twenty years, they have embarked on a journey to make their agriculture more environmentally sustainable, leading to obtaining organic certification in 2015. They are also founding members of the restaurant Piazza Duomo, the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Piedmont. Additionally, Ceretto Aziende Vitivinicole are also producers of nougat, storytellers, and wine sellers. 

They are patrons of the arts, with the Chapel of Sol Lewitt and David Tremlett situated in a vineyard in Barolo Brunate, La Morra, blending art into an agricultural landscape.
