BIO BOTTICELLO is a family-run short-chain agricultural company specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. organic and antibiotic-free, active in Montechiarugolo - the heart of the Parmigiano Reggiano region - since 1927. We work with land and animals in a sustainable and circular way. We cultivate approximately 200 hectares of permanent meadows and alfalfa according to the dictates of organic farming. We raise friesian, brown and red spotted cows - typical of our territory - which are born and raised on the farm in stables and open pastures. Our animals are treated exclusively with phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines under strict veterinary supervision. Our Parmigiano Reggiano has been certified organic and "antibiotic free" since 2016.
