With Legislative Decree 24/2023, Italy implemented
Directive (EU) 2019/1937 regarding the protection of whistleblowers who report
violations of European Union Law. The new provisions are geared toward ensuring
the protection of whistleblowers who expose themselves to the risk of retaliation.
By accessing this encrypted platform, you will be able
to report violations of European Union Law (for example breaches of civil law,
misdemeanors, breaches of accounting obligations, criminal offenses, violations
of the 231/01 Organizational Model, etc.) of which you might be aware.
You will be able to choose whether to share your
personal data or to file an anonymous report. In any case, we guarantee the
confidential treatment of your identity and personal data. Read here the Privacy

Within 7 days of filing your report, you will get a
system-generated receipt, which also contains a personal access code that you
will need for any follow-up
activities. Within the following three months, you will get a written statement
from the company's internal reporting channel manager.
We remind you that the law protects whistleblowers that
file a report in good faith from any act of retaliation.
