The official magazine of Interpoma "ipoma" tells about this industry from 2020
Since the first Issue of ipoma 01 was published in 2020, in the world a lot of
changes took place which affected the apples industry as well. The ipoma Issues 01 and 02 (published in 2022) aimed to explain these changes, talking with the most famous experts
and insiders of the global apples industry. The next ipoma Issue 03, is going to be published
during Interpoma 2024.

The ipoma magazine is also available in a small print run, entirely on apple paper, made of waste from apple juice production. Ipoma is published by Fiera Bolzano, the official exhibition
center in South Tyrol, concepted and written
by the communication agency exlibris based in
Bolzano, South Tyrol, as well.
