Promotion

Here you will find all the options for promoting your trade fair appearance: Vouchers for customers, a free promo kit and much more! Our team will be happy to help you make the right choice.

1. How do I fill in the catalog data?

Create your catalog entry directly in the "Your catalog data" section of the exhibitors' area. Don't forget to include photos, descriptions, your logo (€98.00 + VAT), your products and brands represented.

   

The more complete your catalog entry (photos, logo, descriptions), the higher it will be placed in the online catalog!

  

Co-exhibitor

Enter your co-exhibitors in the "Your catalog data" section. They will then receive an offer from the trade fair team for participation as a co-exhibitor, which includes a participation fee with 50 free tickets for customers, exhibitor passes and their own entry in the online catalog.

Representative of multiple brands

In the "Your catalog data" section in the exhibitors' area (soon online), you can add all the brands you represent and exhibit for free. Make sure you enter all brands so that customers can easily find you.

Additional products

The first product you include in your catalog entry is free of charge. For each additional product we charge 150,00€ + VAT.

2. How do I invite my customers?

Invite them with digital tickets available in your exhibitor ticketing area.
Check your email inbox: you should have received an email from no-reply@fieramesse.com containing the credentials for your first login.

You have two different options for managing your digital tickets:

Generate a ticket for your customers

If you want to generate a ticket for your customer, you can either manually enter their details (name, surname, email) or upload them via an Excel file.
The customer will receive the ticket PDF directly via email.
Advantage:
 Your customer already has a ticket ready to be scanned at the turnstiles, and printing is not even necessary.

Invite your customers to generate their own ticket

You can send an email to your customer, inviting them to generate their own ticket.
The customer will receive an email with a link to enter their details and generate the ticket PDF.

Purchase Invitations 

You can purchase additional tickets beyond those included in the participation fee in packages of at least 25.
The ticket generation and invitation functions remain unchanged for purchased tickets.

Payment can be made immediately by bank transfer or credit card. If you pay by credit card, the tickets will be available immediately. If you pay by bank transfer, the tickets will be available once the payment has been credited to our account.
