Thomas Aichner 

Born in 1970 in Merano and currently residing in Avelengo/Merano, Thomas Aichner studied economics in Verona and Salzburg. A passionate mountaineer, he pursued a career as a Snowboard Freestyler in the 1990s.

He then spent five years at Alto Adige Marketing developing tourism products, ten years as director of the regional tourism consortium Merano Marketing, three years as president and deputy director of IDM Alto Adige, and six years as Marketing Director for the Salewa brand at the Oberalp company.

Since November 2024, he has been working at Sportservice ES.
