How to reach the Test Village

Parking for visitors is located in Carezza, at the base of the Paolina chairlift and the "Hubertus" gondola. The parking is free and offers plenty of spaces. From there, you can proceed to the check-in located at the departure point of the Hubertus gondola to collect everything you need to take the gondola and access the Village, enjoying a full day of testing on the snow.

Test Village and slopes

The village is located at the base of the Prà di Tori slope, near the upper station of the "Hubertus" cable car, and offers three options for testing:

  • The "Direttissima", classified as a "black" slope, features two changes in gradient, adequate width, and a length of approximately 1,100 meters.
  • The "Semi Diretta" variant, 1,200 meters long, avoids the first part of the slope (on the right, descending) and offers a moderate gradient.
  • The "Latemarwiesen" variant (on the left, descending) is classified as a "red" slope and winds through the forest for about 1,700 meters.

 Additional important information:

  • All three variants have a vertical drop of 294 meters.
  • There will also be an ascent route on the slope side to test ski touring materials
  • The top of the slope is easily accessible via a modern chairlift, transporting up to 2,000 people per hour. The ascent takes approximately 4 minutes.
  • The north-facing exposure ensures the best snow quality throughout the season, and depending on weather conditions, there may be sun throughout the morning.

Plan your experience

Plan your Prowinter experience to make the most of both the time at the trade show and the ski slopes for product testing.

If you're looking for accommodation for your stay at Prowinter and prefer a hotel outside the city and close to the slopes where the tests will take place, allowing you to be the first on the slopes, you can stay here:

If, on the other hand, you prefer to visit the trade show first to discover the latest innovations to test on the slopes the next day, you can stay directly in Bolzano (find partner hotels at the following link) and travel to Carezza the next day.

A unique opportunity for retailers and rental shops!

Secure your spot now to take advantage of this great opportunity and participate in the second edition of the Test Days.
