The Ski Industry Climate Summit is an international businessconferenc bringing together decision-makers and experts from across the winter sports value chain.
Powered by Atomic in collaboration with Protect Our Winters Europe (POW) and The Winter Sports Sustainability Network (WSN), with operational support from Prowinter (Fiera Bolzano), SICS creates a shared space for practical learning, honest exchange and industry-wide collaboration.
From 12–14 January 2027, the fourth edition returns to Bolzano alongside Prowinter. Brands, suppliers, retailers, resorts, associations, researchers, policymakers and solution providers will examine the forces transforming the business of winter—and the solutions that can move the entire industry forward.

Since its launch in 2023, the Ski Industry Climate Summit has developed into a key meeting point for the global winter sports industry. What began as a dialogue between ski brands has now grown into a conference addressing the full spectrum of stakeholders. Brands, resorts, retailers, federations, companies and other stakeholders now have a meaningful platform to break down the silos within the entire winter sports industry. Working in a holistic approach that respects individual missions while realizing our industry’s common goals.

Day One examines the external forces transforming the winter sports industry—from EU regulation and changing markets to climate science and decarbonisation. Experts and industry leaders will translate these developments into practical implications for businesses.

Day Two explores how products and value chains can evolve—from material innovation and traceability to durability, repair, reuse and recycling. The programme will highlight existing solutions and identify where industry-wide cooperation and infrastructure are still needed.

The WSN meeting on 12 January is included in your Full Event Pass at no additional cost and is exclusively for WSN members. During booking, select ‘Yes’ when asked whether you are a WSN member and will attend the meeting.
The WSN networking dinner on 12 January is optional and is not included in your Full Event Pass. Its cost is shared among the dinner participants.
