The Bolzano - Trento Biodynamic Association (VFG) is a community of farmers and supporters from South Tyrol and Trentino who have set themselves the task of jointly developing and individually practising biodynamic agriculture and all aspects associated with it. Today, the association consists of around 160 farms from all areas of agriculture. The biodynamic products are marketed under the Demeter brand name and are available through co-operatives or from the farm. ‘We are convinced that sustainable farming practices provide us with healthy, flavourful and vital food and ensure fertile soil and clean water for future generations. We are therefore consciously committed to preserving the soil and the balance of nature. Because we cannot continue to deplete our soils and destroy the balance of nature in the long term,’ is the credo of the working group.
