Tim Welsh is General Manager of Columbia Orchard Management, Inc. farming apples, cherries and wine grapes in six different regions of Washington State. He oversees licensing, variety and brand development for Columbia Fruit Packers in conjunction with CMI Orchards, the latter a premier marketing agency in Washington State. He is a technical director for International Pome Fruit Alliance (IPA) and is a past director and president of International Fruit Tree Association. 

Tim has also served on local advisory committees for Washington State University, his alma mater, as well as a cooperator in the field for WSU research including extension and student research. He and his wife of 41 years have served in church music ministry as well as church leadership. He is father to 4 and grandfather to 7.
